My name is Jen Gamez
My entire work experience lead me to the path I am on today. As the wife of a now retired military husband, I have had the need to wear many hats across many environments and cultures as it relates to both my personal life and career. This has lead to a level of resiliency and assuredness to navigate this ever-changing world.
With each move, came new opportunity, new roles, new employees and clients to serve. The common denominator has been leadership/management roles (18+ years) taking an approach that focused on developing individuals' strengths to optimize results.
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2011 after previously holding a Loan Originator license. I have served as a Managing Broker, Director of Operations, Hiring Manager and Training Manager and have helped both grow companies and bring offices back into profitability. In 2019 I added Personal Coaching serving as a Certified Ninja Coach to my resume, making it my primary role from 2021-May of 2024. Now, as a Staver Certified Coach and Independent Owner/Operator of Copious Coaching and Consulting , I run a client centric coaching practice that focuses on your goals, not an agenda I create for you. It is my passion and privilege to have walked alongside over 300 Real Estate and Sales Professionals as a Manager, Trainer and/or Coach.
Personally, my husband and I are parents to 4 adult children and grandparents to 5 grandchildren. We enjoy boating, our state's professional sports teams and live concerts across many genres of music. We believe in working to live, not living to work. A belief I help others put into practice if they so desire.
