My name is Jen Gamez
My entire adult work experience lead me to the path I am on today. As the wife of a now retired military husband, I have had the need to wear many hats across many environments and cultures as it relates to both my personal life and career. This has lead to a level of resiliency and assuredness to navigate this ever-changing world.
With each move, came new opportunity, new roles, new employees and clients to serve. The common denominator has been leadership/management roles (18+ years) taking a client centric approach to optimize results.
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2011 after previously holding a Loan Originator license. I have served as a Managing Broker, Director of Operations, Hiring Manager and Training Manager and have helped both grow companies and bring offices back into profitability. In 2019 I added the Personal Coach hat to my resume and have made it my primary role since 2021. I still hold an active Real Estate Broker license to help friends, family and referrals with their real estate needs.
It is my passion and privilege to have walked alongside over 300 Real Estate and Related Industry Professionals as a Manager, Trainer and/or Coach. It is a pure joy to help them reach their full potential by offering my extensive background of experiences while most importantly finding and igniting their fullest potential within themselves.
